Horrible customer service

I got this game I while ago and a was pretty good. The game came out with the level update and ever since then I have been banned for specious activity. I contacted their customer service and their response time was slow and they ended up being unable to release my ban. I would not be as mad but it seems to be a trend that EA games never work and have horrible customer service.
